Well, after a 28 hour trip, we finally arrived in Cairo. First night was rough and I miss my family an incredible amount along with my friends but today was better. 4 months is a short period of time in my life and it will be worth it for my future I suppose. Me and Kyle have our room set up with a recently purchased TV to compliment my playstation. I have lots of books to read as well. Get to see campus tomorrow for the first time after an hour bus ride.
Found an outdoor gym that we are going to try to use for our CrossFit WODs but did one today in an indoor gym with C2 Rower and Treadmills. Should be able to improvise and do most of the WODs. Food is good so far and everything is cheap. Met a few cool people on the same floor as me and hopefully will get to know them better. That's all for now. 12:42AM here which means its 5:42PM at home...
